<br /> <p>Evacuation orders were issued</a> for the Shiga and Fukui prefectures in Japan on August 7 as Typhoon Noru continued to bring heavy rain and flooding.</p><p>The cities of Nagahama and Tsuruga were both issued with evacuation orders because of rivers flooding, according to Japan Times</a>.
