A strange security camera video from China of a woman attempting to exercise by walking up a down escalator.<br /><br />In the clip, which was filmed in Dongguan, Guangdong Province on August 1, the woman can be seen happily stepping away up the escalator.<br /><br />The strange exercise routine is going well until she loses her balance and gets her hand caught in the mechanism of the mechanical staircase.<br /><br />Fortunately for her the escalator stopped automatically and she only suffered minor injuries.
