Blac Chyna had some early morning beef with her neighbors.<br /><br />The reality star scolded neighbors when a worker began construction on a roof at around 9 am… and the noise apparently woke her 8-month-old daughter Dream.<br /><br />And she was mad.<br /><br />She got in a yelling match with some neighbors and one of them got so scared she called the cops.<br /><br />Reports claim that the police showed up to Chyna’s door and informed her that in Los Angeles – construction can start as early as 7 am. So she can’t really complain, even if it is a nuisance.<br /><br />TMZ reports that the cops were only at her residence for a brief period of time and no further action was taken.<br /><br />LADP has not given any comment on the story.<br />
