INGREDIENTS <br /> <br />2 chicken breast fillets <br />Salt <br />Freshly ground black pepper <br />2 slices ham <br />3 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese <br />Flour, for breading <br />3 eggs <br />Breadcrumbs, for breading <br />Oil, for frying <br /> <br />INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />1. Open the chicken fillets so they are very thin. <br />2. Season with salt and pepper. <br />3. Fill with ham and cheese and close. <br />4. Coat in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs. <br />5. Fry in hot oil.
