Hey where's Miley Cyrus?<br /><br />The actress was supposed to be in attendance at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles but cancelled at the last moment.<br /><br />She made an announcement on Instagram telling her fans that she was honored to accept the Ultimate Choice Award but blamed her "unrealistic schedule" for not showing up.<br /><br />Victoria Justice had to relay the news to fans, and said it herself that it was a "bummer" Miley didn't appear.<br /><br />Fans were also confused because Fox retweeted a video prior to the event that claimed Miley was "in the house."<br /><br />We'll be seeing plenty of Miley soon though as her new album will be released on Sept. 29.<br />
