British television presenter Sir Bruce Forsyth has died at the age of 89.<br /><br />He was a much-loved star of British stage and screen for over 75 years.<br /><br />He was famous for his "nice to see you, to see you nice" catchphrase and held the record for having the longest television career for a male entertainer.
