President Duterte is finally letting go of Nicanor Faeldon as head of the Bureau of Customs (BoC) amid the drug smuggling controversy hounding the revenue-collecting agency. <br /> <br />The President announced on Monday night that he would appoint Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) chief Isidro Lapeña as the next Customs commissioner. Region 3 police director Chief Supt. Aaron Aquino would take the place of Lapeña at the helm of PDEA.
