Dramatic footage has emerged of a tornado hitting northern China, damaging homes and crops.<br /><br />The video, filmed in Heihe, Heilongjiang Province on August 21, shows the twister tear through a residential area, flinging debris into the air.<br /><br />Some homes were destroyed or damaged.<br /><br />So far no casualties have been reported.
