<p>The trailer for Don’t Be Tardy season six is here, and it shows a year full of highs and terrifying lows for the Zolciak-Biermann family.</p><br /><p>While the trailer begins on a light note, showing the family traveling to Venice and celebrating Kim</a>, 39, and Kroy</a>’s, 31, vow renewal in the Turks & Caicos</a>, things soon take a dark and devastating turn.</p><br /><p>“Ah! Mom!” one of Kim’s sons is heard yelling in home security footage.</p><br /><p>“Kash! Oh my god, tell me what’s wrong! Tell me what’s wrong! We gotta go to the hospital!” Kim screams as she’s seen running across her kitchen floor.</p><br /><p>The moment captured is the aftermath of Kim’s son’s horrifying dog attack</a>, which occurred in April.</p><br /><p>As OK! readers know, Kash suffered “traumatic injuries” when he was bitten by a dog and was immediately taken to the hospital and rushed into surgery.</p><br /><p>Kim’s son Brielle told fans that for four hours, the family feared Kash had “lost a very important organ</a>.”</p><br /><p>Luckily, Kash has made a full recovery</a>, but the trailer reveals that the family feared the worst for the brave five-year-old at the time.</p><br /><p>“He’s bleeding everywhere…I feel really guilty,” one of Kim’s daughter admits as her mother yells at hospital staff, “Somebody better take care of my son!”</p><br /><p>Watch the shocking trailer above!
