After over one year of detention, dismissed Masbate governor Rizalina Seachon Lanete was granted bail from plunder over the alleged pork barrel scam.<br /><br />The Sandiganbayan Fourth Division allowed Lanete to post a P500,000 bail from plunder after the prosecution failed to prove that Lanete was guilty of receiving at least P50 million in alleged kickbacks.
