The Philippines is scheduled to hold a first bilateral meeting with China concerning the drafting of a consultative mechanism that will manage the issues surrounding the West Philippine Sea. The meeting is set on May 19, in Guiyang, China, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying confirmed on Tuesday.
