Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said China will handle the sensitive issues on Scarborough Shoal properly with the Philippines. Hua said the Chinese government will also take into consideration mutual trust and cooperation in order to keep the steady growth of Philippines-China relations.
