Duterte Youth Chairperson Ronald Cardema asks Comelec to allow them to present alleged poll irregularities and Smartmatic’s violations in the 2016 polls. He claims that based on the data of the Philippine Computer Society (a known Smartmatic critic), President Duterte should have won 20 million votes last year instead of only 16 million.
