We are obligated to do certain tings in life. It is about doing something 100%.

When we must do something, there is not choice! We must do something because if we do not, the results will be bad. 'Must' has a stronger emphasis than 'should'.

'Must' is like obeying the law. If we do not obey the laws of our own country, the consequences and the results will be bad.
'Must' is to do with what we need. For example, we need to eat, because if we do not, we can not survive.

'SHOULD' is the softer word. It is about suggestion or advice to somebody. We can advice our friends to go and see the doctor if they have a mild or minor headache, but they can decide not to, and the result or consequences are not usually very bad.
'Should' has to do with a duty which we have to fulfill. It is about the appropriate or the correct things to do in our lives. It is about the right things to do.

'Should' is about 50% strong word, which means, that if we do not do something, there is not a big danger.
