Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar today won the Panaji bypolls by a margin of 4,803 votes. Parrikar after winning the Panaji bypolls said he will resign from Rajya Sabha next week. <br />గోవా అసెంబ్లీకి జరిగిన ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి మనోహర్ పారికర్ విజయం సాధించారు. బిజెపి తరఫున పనాజీ నియోజకవర్గం నుంచి పోటీ చేసిన ఆయన తన సమీప అభ్యర్థిపై 4,803 ఓట్ల మెజారిటీతో విజయం సాధించారు.
