San Diego Lifeguard Official Claims Fire Chief Blocked Them From Traveling to Help Harvey Victims

A San Diego lifeguard sergeant says that the city`s fire chief has blocked a lifeguard rescue team from traveling to Texas to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey.
