KHABAROVSK, RUSSIA — Two Russian taxi drivers have been fired after they forced two women to smear a green antiseptic dye on their faces as punishment for not paying their fare. <br /> <br />Video of the incident has gone viral in Russia after it was filmed in the far eastern city of Khabarovsk. <br /> <br />The dye, known as "zelyonka" is difficult to remove but not usually harmful, according to BBC News.
