Footage has emerged showing the extent of the flooding in Houston, TX, USA.<br /><br />The video, shot with a drone on August 28, shows roads completely submerged and abandoned cars.<br /><br />Hurricane Harvey brought major floods to Houston and caused at least 18 deaths.
