Patay." <br />Taxi driver Marleo Bagcal narrates on video how former UP student Carl Angelo Arnaiz boarded his taxi, asked him to bring him to Caloocan and then robbed him. <br />19-year-old Arnaiz was killed in an alleged shootout with Caloocan police on August 18 after declaring heist while onboard a taxi along 5th Avenue in Caloocan City. <br />Police claimed that Arnaiz was later on found with two packs of marijuana in his pocket and three packs of suspected shabu in his backpack. <br />A precinct commander and his two men were relieved from their post as the PNP starts its probe over the death of Arnaiz.
