Footage has emerged from China of over a hundred of rescuers using more than a dozen of excavators to save a toddler trapped in a deep well.<br /><br />The video, filmed in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province on September 2, shows excavators and firefighters working on scene to rescue the 18-month-old boy.<br /><br />According to local news, the boy fell into the well accidentally, when he was taken out to play by his grandparents.<br /><br />The boy reportedly fell 40ft deep into the 30cm large well and excavators were used to widen the hole and rescue him.<br /><br />Food and water were delivered to the child every hour during the ten-hour long rescue.<br /><br />The boy was sent to hospital and treated for minor injuries.
