Occurred on August 28, 2017 / Maryville, Tennessee, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "A gas pump at a large local chain runs without being pumped and with no gas coming out. This had happened several times without proof. I decided to pump and film to catch it in action. My cousin went to get an attendant. They reset my money due to video evidence."
