Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad says the decision to convict Anwar Ibrahim was made by the courts after he was sacked as deputy prime minister. <br /> <br />Dr Mahathir says he had nothing to do with Anwar's imprisonment during his time as prime minister.
