Footage has emerged from China of a man doing Tai Chi moves with his arms as he rides his bike on a busy road. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Taiyuan, northern Shanxi Province on September 5, shows the man keeping his balance on his bicycle as he waves both his arms in the air.
