Amusing footage has emerged from the UK of protesters dressed up as supervillains trying to prevent the country's largest arms fair from going ahead in London. <br /><br />The video, captured on September 8, shows a Dalek issuing a stern proclamation directed at the organisers of the event, while other characters hold placards. <br /><br />The biennial Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI), which bills itself as “the world leading event” for buyers and sellers of military equipment, takes place from the September 12-15 at the ExCeL centre in Docklands.
