More than a million refugees flee South Sudan for Uganda

The UN says more than a million people have fled the conflict in South Sudan to Uganda.<br />Nearly as many have travelled to neighbouring countries, making it the worst refugee crisis in Africa since the 1994 Rwandan genocide. <br />
