Then, a notification is sent to app-enable local users, who can then watch a live video feed of the event. <br /><br />With shelters in Thailand overwhelmed, thousands of stray dogs roam the nation's streets. Many stay on the streets and are often abused or even trafficked into dog meat markets. <br /><br />Animal rights groups say projects like this prove strays can help society, instead of just being a burden.
