Woman Files Lawsuit Claiming Hot Tea from Starbucks Killed Her Dog

A 58-year-old Denver woman filed a lawsuit against Starbucks last week, claiming hot tea spilled out of a cup through an unsecured lid gave her second degree burns and killed her dog.
