Occurred on September 11, 2017 / Jacksonville, Florida, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "Hurricane Irma footage was taken from the outside of the Peninsula condo building downtown Jacksonville on the St. John's river as the strongest winds hit Jacksonville. The river overflowed onto the boardwalk and then flooding downtown."
