A video has emerged from The British Virgin Islands showing the scale of the destruction caused by Hurricane Irma.<br /><br />The clip, which was filmed in Road Town on the island of Tortola on September 13, shows fallen trees and badly damaged homes and vehicles.<br /><br />Hurricane Irma killed at least five people and devastated infrastructure in the British overseas territory known as a hub for offshore incorporations and financial court cases.
