Video has emerged of hundreds of FC Cologne football fans chanting and marching along London's Oxford Street.<br /><br />The video, filmed on Thursday (September 14), shows the German fans ahead of this evening's UEFA Europa League match against Arsenal.<br /><br />"Lots of police presence, asking pedestrians to stand back", the filmer said.
