A new hotel in Mexico is completely inspired by, and maybe a little buzzed off of tequila.<br /><br />At the Matices Hotel de Barricas, guests go through the same maturation process as the liquor. Each night at the hotel equals one stage of the tequila aging process, from a "young" to an "aged" alcohol. Guests sleep in the middle of a large agave field in rooms shaped like tequila barrels. <br /><br />Daily tours demonstrate the bottling process to visitors. There's also plenty of tequila to taste. <br /><br />Sounds better than wasting away in "Margaritaville."
