Jalapeno Popper Grilled Quail \r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Its quail season in our parts and were going to show you an easy recipe- Jalapeno Popper Quail. Weve got a trick to keep these little birds moist out because quail has a tendency to dry out when cooked. So get the fire and the grill hot and lets cook some bird!\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>For the seasoned flour: \r<br>\r<br>mix 1 cup flour with 1 1/2 tablespoons of Red River Ranch Original Seasoning () or 1 tablespoon seasoned salt and ½ tablespoon coarse ground black pepper - or to taste.\r<br>\r<br>Other ingredients: \r<br>\r<br>softened cream cheese\r<br>jalapeno, sliced in strips\r<br>bacon strips, halved\r<br>BBQ sauce\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Check out our BEST SELLING cookbook, A Taste of Cowboy.
