Scores of police vehicles can be seen near Parsons Green underground station following an explosion on a train.<br /><br />The video, shot around 10.00am on Friday (September 15), shows a number of police vehicles and helicopters in the sky in the moments following the incident, which Metropolitan Police have described as a terrorism.
