It just needs to double in size.\r<br>\r<br>- Butter for when they come out of the oven.\r<br>\r<br>Water Bath:\r<br>\r<br>- Around 1 liter and a half of Hot Water ( You dont have to weigh it)\r<br>- 60 gr Baking Soda\r<br>\r<br>_______________________________\r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Soft Pretzel recipe in cups:\r<br>\r<br>- 2 cups All Purpose Flour\r<br>- 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar\r<br>- 1 packet Dry Yeast\r<br>- 3/4 tsp Salt\r<br>- 1/2 cup Warm Water\r<br>- 3 tbsp Warm Milk\r<br>- 1 1/2 tbsp Butter\r<br>\r<br>- Butter for when they come out of the oven.\r<br>\r<br>Let the dough rise for about 1-2 hours.
