Footage has emerged from China of firefighters rescuing a seven-year-old boy after he got his head stuck between railings.<br /><br />In the video, captured in Xiaogan, central China's Hubei Province on September 15, the rescuers use a cutter to set the boy free from the fitness equipment railings.<br /><br />It took nine firefighter to rescue the boy who was uninjured.
