Dramatic CCTV footage has emerged from eastern China of a truck tipping over and landing on another moving car. <br /><br />In the video, captured in Zhejiang Province's Taizhou on September 3, the truck suddenly loses control and topples over. <br /><br />According to local media, the truck was overloaded with 23 tons of cement while the car was driving in the wrong direction.<br /><br />Authorities rescued the two drivers, who are now not in a serious condition.
