Dr. Josefina Monasterio is a 71-year-old bodybuilder from Florida who's in better shape than most 20-somethings.<br /><br />Monasterio wasn't always in such good shape. Monasterio, a former teacher who only started bodybuilding when she was 59, is now a life coach and author who markets her daily routine as "The Dr. Josefina Way."<br /><br />It goes like this: First, she wakes up at 3 a.m. and reads the bible to keep herself spiritually strong. Then, she meditates for 90 minutes before going for a six-mile run. By 6 a.m., she's practicing yoga and having breakfast before a two-hour gym workout at 10 a.m. By then, it's lunchtime, and after her quick meal of chicken and veggies, she's ready to relax for the rest of the day.<br /><br />On second thought, maybe we'll just sleep in.
