The benefits of sauerkraut are endless: probiotic beria, improved stomach acid production, better nutrient absorption, less bloating clearer skin, better mood, etc. Sauerkraut is also a great source of vitamin C, which is brilliant news for those who dont eat a lot of fruit. \r<br>\r<br>Heres what youll need to make sauerkraut at home:\r<br>2 small cabbages (or around 1.1kg/2.5lb)\r<br>1.5 tbsp Himalaya salt or sea salt\r<br>1 tbsp caraway seeds (optional)\r<br>2 tbsp cranberries (optional)\r<br>Also a 2-quart jar (2 litres), 2 smaller jars to use as weights, a big bowl, some kitchen paper towel, and an elastic.\r<br>\r<br>Hope you enjoy the video!
