Joseph Anderson, of Upland (Ca.) High, won both the 110m hurdles and the 300mH at the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Track and Field Championships Saturday. <br /><br />He ran the 110mH in 13.33 seconds, tying the US No. 10 all-time.
