Hello everyone, were back! We have a lot of new videos coming up and we will try to stick to the weekly schedule.\r<br>A big welcome to all the new subscribers.\r<br>So, can a chicken raise a duckling?.. Well, lets say, they had to get to know each other.\r<br>The chicken in this video is the same one that also helped us with incubating Alberts friends. She is so sweet and I felt sorry for her that she had no chicks to raise for herself.\r<br>\r<br>Text in this video:\r<br>\r<br>We only have chickens and no rooster\r<br>so our hen was sitting on empty eggs\r<br>She was so dedicated and really wanted to be a mum\r<br>So I got her a present\r<br>She could see it, smell it: This was not a chicken egg\r<br>A few days later I checked the egg\r<br>right on schedule\r<br>so a couple of weeks later, on a beautiful morning.\r<br>to make sure all would go well, I kept the egg with me during hatching\r<br>it was strong it was healthy all should go well\r<br>so when it was dark outside, I snuck the duckling under the hen\r<br>The next morning.\r<br>Now listen to that sound and watch the little grain\r<br>In Chicken this means: Look, Ive got something nice for you\r<br>Little chickens will come running when they hear this\r<br>the hen kept calling him\r<br>but the duckling went for a swim\r<br>Hey, water is dangerous, get back here\r<br>The hen wanted to understand this weird chick\r<br>so she started to study how it was trying to eat\r<br>She thought his leg looked like a nice little worm\r<br>But thats alright.\r<br>The duckling thought he could eat his mum too\r<br>ouch!\r<br>the little one needed to eat\r<br>so I showed them the duckling food\r<br>\r<br>The music is through audionetwork.com\r<br>1 Tall-Tales by Luke Richards\r<br>2 Risleys-Waltz by Adam Skinner/Dan Skinner/Randall Breneman\r<br>3 Razz by Bob Bradley\r<br>\r<br>For filming I use a canon EOS 700D and an iphone 5s
