Footage has emerged of a judge taking charge of proceedings at a flooded courthouse in southern China.<br /><br />In the video, captured in Nanjing on September 25, a court session is being held as normal in the court house, which is flooded. <br /><br />According to local media, the judge insisted the session be heard as normal so as not to result in any delays. <br /><br />After two clients reached a settlement, the judge dismissed them and they left the court by canoe.<br /><br />More than 50 mm of rain fell in less than 24 hours in Jiangsu Province.
