<br /> <p>Strength, patience, and a jack were required when it came to removing this brown snake from a home in Clarendon, South Australia, on September 10.</p><p>Catchers used a jack to hold rocks while they grappled in the soil to pull out the large snake.</p><p>The snake could be held and patted because it was “cold”, according to Snake Catchers Adelaide catcher Rolly.</p><p>The eastern brown</a> is found on Australia’s east coast and base of South Australia.</p><p>According to the Queensland Museum, the snake is “dangerously venomous”.</p><p>“Eastern Brown Snakes can be pugnacious when provoked and rear up in distinctive ‘S’ shape,” the museum’s website states.
