This happened to a good friend of mine, last June 28, 2008. They were at Kalibo Airport for a flight back to Manila. <br /><br />Flight was supposed to leave by 6pm and they were not advised by anyone from Cebu Pacific that their flight was already canceled. <br /><br />It was only after several people went to the ticket counter that they found out that their flight was canceled. <br /><br />No announcements of any kind was done until about 6:45pm. <br /><br />Cebu Pacific claimed that it was due to weather issues. A complete Lie! <br /><br />As you can see from the background it might have been drizzling from time to time but certainly nothing that would lead to a cancelation. <br /><br />In fact a PAL Express Flight left the same airport in full view of everyone at around 6:05pm <br /><br />The fact that supposed Airport Manager JUN RABE was very rude and insensitive to the passengers did not help at all. <br /><br />Please do not fly this so called airline. <br /><br />Ive had similar experiences in the past as well as many of my friends with more horrific stories. <br /><br />Save yourself from the stress, crappy service and the hassle.
