Footage from China of a man hanging from telecommunication cables as he tries to flee his hotel to avoid pay for his room.<br /><br />In the video, captured in Liupanshui, southwestern China's Guizhou Province on September 29, the man is stuck 30 metres in the air, dangling from the cables. <br /><br />Firefighters can be seen helping the man reach the top of the building.<br /><br />He was reportedly arrested by police after being rescued by the fire crew.
