Dion Weisler of HP Inc. on the Three Waves of Innovation<br />Wave one is the wave you’re on at the moment, the current core business.<br />And the third wave is what all great surfers do, which is to go home and pull the weather reports and figure out when the next big one is coming.<br />I think a lot about my job as “seam stitching.” In a large corporation, people in each division tend to focus on what they’ve got to get done.<br />The proverbial cup of coffee — which means we need to chat — threads through things I do today.<br />We will have it out in there, because we don’t always agree, and that’s good because diversity makes us stronger.
