Indonesia's Ministry of Environment last week released eight slow lorises into the wild.<br /><br />The primates quickly climbed from their cages up trees in the Bung Hatta Forest Park in West Sumatra.<br /><br />The endangered animals were confiscated from illegal wildlife traders last month.<br /><br />The Bung Hatta Forest Park is thought to be perfect for the primates as it is abundant in insects and fruit.<br /><br />Despite making poor pets that are difficult to care for, a large number of slow lorises are traded as pets both locally and internationally.
