Place sauce pan on medium-high heat and add.\r<br>\r<br>2 cups boiling water\r<br>4 egg yokes\r<br>\r<br>Stir constantly until mixture starts to bubble. Remove from heat and add.\r<br>\r<br>1 Tablespoon butter\r<br>1/2 cup fresh lemon juice\r<br>\r<br>Stir well together.
