Heres how to replace the spark plugs on a Toyota with the 3.0L V6 1MZ-FE engine. The procedure is the same for the Solara, Camry, Avalon, Lexus ES300 and similar to Toyota Sienna, Highlander and Lexus RX300.\r<br>\r<br>These older engines use a metal intake plenum that does not need to be removed to access the rear spark plugs, unlike the newer 3.3L and 3.5L Toyota/Lexus V6 engines.\r<br>\r<br>You will need a few extensions, wobbly sockets, a spark plug socket and a 3/8 ratchet to remove the plugs, especially along the rear bank. Use anti-seize on the threads to prevent them from seizing in the engine.
