Myanmar refuses to acknowledge them and insists they are immigrant Bengalis. <br /> <br />Bangladesh, on the other hand, has committed to offering safe haven for those fleeing violence but insists the Rohingya belong in Rakhine and must return. <br /> <br />Malaysian organisations are eager to help.
