Footage has emerged of a man being refused shelter in the Department of Education's underground car park during Durban storm.<br /><br />The driver took refuge as his car was damaged by the storm striking Durban on Tuesday 10th of October. Soon, a security guard arrived telling them to leave the place while the storm was incredibly strong outside.<br /><br />"You want us to die like this?" the driver retorted, upset by the situation.<br /><br />He managed to his car in the car park in the end as it was impossible to go out.
